‘Ethics, human, tech, paradox’ – is a self initiated research project that examines philosophical questions that troubled humanity throughout history and how these evolved to fit into an era filled with technology and AI.

This typographic project uses conversations (if one may call them so) conducted with ‘Chat GPT’. Discussing a creative block, Despina generates the content that she needs for her typographic screenprints while giving shape to all the concerns she believes to cause the frustration. The ai acts like a therapist while the chosen creative process – repetitive, mechanical and forced – becomes meditative while embracing the beauty of error and playing against the rules.

In addition to the above mentioned work the designer continues to experiment with other screenprinting possibilities.
