Cyprus Choreography Showcase

The visual identity for the 3rd Cyprus Choreography Showcase features the festival’s initials, 3SXK. Throughout all visual identity materials, an interplay of light, shadow, and motion is used to mirror the energy and fluidity of the performances on stage. To convey this idea, the initials are set against a dynamic gradient background that accentuates movement and change. In the static version of the design, parts of the initials are sliced into segments and rotated, gradually revealing the square grid behind them. In the animated poster, the rotated elements return to their original position, briefly making the initials fully legible. The widespread use of the gradient unifies the visual identity both in terms of design and concept, giving a sense of dynamism that is targeted and cohesive.
